(recommended minimum of 2-4 sessions)
Sessions range from 75-90 minutes.
Individual Coaching session: $90.00 CAD
Sessions are 45 minutes.
I offer free consultations to answer questions and discuss the best strategy for you.

4-session Coaching Bundle
This bundle offers a $20.00 savings
Are you looking for a space to soundboard, receive support, clear mind blocks, brainstorm, set goals, gain fresh perspectives and mindset shifts and tools?
A bundle of Coaching sessions can do just that! We can also focus on moving you towards your ideal future by looking at where you are now ~ where you want to be ~ and how to get you there. Coaching calls are 45 mins and can be done over the phone or zoom
depending on preference and location. |
Extended Health Insurance?
In Canada, Hypnotherapy isn't usually covered by Health Insurance (yet). Often they require Hypnotherapy to be provided by a Registered Psychologist or Clinical Counselor.
There are some psychologists and clinical counselors that are trained in Hypnosis as well. I recommend asking any practitioner you are looking to work with, how often they use hypnosis in their practice.
In the United States, many private insurance companies will cover a portion of hypnotherapy if deemed medically necessary.
